Participants under the age of 18 may take part in the competition if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Due to the duration of the competition, we recommend a minimum age of 16 years for all participants.
Spectators are allowed and welcome. There is a separate area in the gallery for spectators and participants who are taking a break.
In principle, a team must consist of at least 4 people. The team members can be changed in the registration form up to 1 day before the competition.
In exceptional cases, e.g. if you are unable to participate at very short notice (illness on the day of the competition), it is possible to participate with only 3 people.
The organisers reserve the right to fill incomplete teams with people on the waiting list or from the spectators.
We will allocate the unoccupied places to participants on the waiting list or spectators at short notice. If there is no interest, the place remains free, then you can still join in the puzzle after it has been published.
Yes, although we recommend not using them at the beginning and end of the competition in order to pay attention to the organisation's messages.
Yes, you can leave at any time. Please make sure that you do not disturb any other participants.
As long as you do not disturb other participants by rustling and/or smacking, making loud noises or similar, you may eat and drink during the competition.
Trays, plates and sorting boxes are permitted as aids, as are box-top holders. The number and size can be freely chosen and must be brought by the participants themselves.
Scissors, knives and other sharp objects for opening the puzzles are not permitted. The puzzles will already be open, so no tools are necessary.
Additional light sources, objects that change the height or arrangement of the tables and templates that represent the puzzle maker's pattern are also not permitted.
Yes, but it is important to include all registration numbers in the purpose of the bank transfer.
The applicant expressly agrees that the data provided in this questionnaire will be included in the database of Puzzleverein Deutschland e.V. and may be used to provide you with information about the association.
The data marked as mandatory is necessary to complete the registration process.
The Puzzleverein Deutschland e.V. guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data and undertakes not to pass them on to third parties outside the association.
Registration implies that the applicant accepts that his/her name and nationality will be included in the list of participants and results lists.
The applicant authorises the association to take photographs, videos or other means in which the applicant appears during events and their subsequent use in social media networks, publications or any other digital medium that the association deems appropriate, and may transfer these rights to third parties.
The pictures and videos taken during a championship are the intellectual property of Puzzleverein Deutschland e.V.
