Here a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle is solved in 90 minutes. The winner is the participant who completes the puzzle in the shortest time.
If no participant completes the puzzle, the winner is the one who has placed the most pieces correctly within the time limit. All matching pieces from a group size of 3 pieces are counted.
Participants may keep the puzzle.
The tables have a size of 140x70cm and are shared by 2 participants. All participants have 70x70cm space.
Participants in this competition are not allowed to take part in the "Single Beginner" competition.
In addition, a special prize will be awarded in this category:
All persons born in Berlin or living in Berlin (primary residence) are eligible for the prize "Berliner Meister*in" (for 1st place) or "Berliner Vize-Meister*in" (for 2nd place). "Berlin Vice Champion" (for the 2nd place). The organiser reserves the right to verify this via an official document.

Both win a participation in the 3rd German Puzzle Championship 2027
The prize includes the payment of travel expenses to participate in the German Puzzle Championship 2027, including travel to and from the event, hotel accommodation and participation fee up to a maximum amount of 500 euros. Minors may only claim the prize with the consent of their legal guardian(s) and with an accompanying adult (self-payer). The prize is non-transferable. Prizes will not be paid out in cash. In the event of non-participation in the German Championships, the prize will be forfeited.
