Great that you want to help!

We especially need people to walk around during the competitions, see who finishes next and write down the times. Accompanying persons who are not taking part in the competition are also welcome.

Basically, a team must consist of at least 3 and a maximum of 4 people. Team members can be changed in the registration form here on the website up to a few days before the competition. If it is no longer technically possible to change team members, please let reception know on site.

We will allocate unused places to participants on the waiting list or to spectators at short notice. If there is no interest, the place will remain free.

If individual pair or team members are too late, they can join their pair or team later.

Trays, plates and sorting boxes are permitted as aids, as are box-top holders. The number and size can be freely chosen and must be brought by the participants themselves.

Scissors, knives and other sharp objects for opening the puzzles are not permitted. The puzzles will already be open, so no tools are necessary.

Additional light sources, objects that change the height or arrangement of the tables and templates that represent the puzzle maker's pattern are also not permitted.

Once your time has been noted, you can pack up the puzzle (it's yours now!) and move to your seat. Please be quiet so as not to disturb the other participants.

In addition to the hall where the competitions take place, there is a foyer and courtyard where you can hang out. The inner courtyard has covered tables and benches. There you can chat with the other participants and do puzzles.
